I cannot even describe how much I loved shooting for this family. When Sherah first contacted me about possibly working together I knew that we were going to be good for one another because she used words like "imperfect," and talked about "embracing the blessings God has given us right now."
I'm all about striving to embrace the season God has you in. Perfect does not exist to me anymore and I'm finding that the more people I meet that embrace that the more relaxed I feel that it's ok my life isn't perfect either. She trusted me to come into their home and just spend a morning with them and we had no plans other than being together.
From the moment you enter their home you know without a shadow of a doubt that love abides there. It's written & etched all over and it wraps you up like a big warm blanket. I didn't want to leave.
Sherah, thank you for letting me get a glimpse of your sweet family and home. Such a treasure to me. You & Marty are doing such an amazing job with those two sweet boys- raising them up to be followers of our Savior. Keep on living in grace.
